Call for Forums

The organizers of IBPC2018 invite proposals for technical forums to be held during the conference to discuss emerging issues related to the conference theme and topics. Each forum session will be scheduled for 90 minutes. Up to 8 forum sessions will be held at the conference, which will be selected by the Technical Program Committee of IBPC2018.

Please note that the number of Speakers or Panel Members should be no more than 5 including the Chair and Co-chair. Sufficient time (45 minutes or more) should be allocated for the discussions with the forum attendees.

Proposal submissions due: February 15, 2018

Acceptance notification: March 1, 2018

If you are interested in organizing a forum at IBPC2018, please submit your proposal using the online submission form below.

Please include a description of forum including: a) objectives of the forum, b) how the program will be conducted (e.g., short presentations from invited Speakers followed by discussions, discussions between the invited Panel Members and the forum attendees following a brief introduction by the Chair and/or Co-chair, etc.), and c) a list of key questions to be discussed. Not to exceed 500 words
